Returns & Exchanges

Every House of Carri piece is made to order at the atelier — cut and finished for you after your order is placed. Because each piece is produced individually, our terms are simple and honest.

Sizing exchanges

If the fit isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.

Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives flawed or incorrect, we replace it. Reach us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Made-to-order & numbered pieces

Atelier, Maison N°, and hand-numbered drop pieces are produced specifically for you and are final sale unless damaged or incorrect.

How to start a return or exchange

Reply to your order confirmation email or reach us through our contact page with your order number. We respond within 2 business days.
