Shipping Policy — House of Carri

Every piece is made individually after your order is placed. We don't hold inventory — that's what makes each piece yours.

Production + delivery: 7–10 business days production, then 3–7 business days domestic shipping (USA). International: 10–21 business days after production depending on destination.

Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx — selected at fulfillment based on location and package size.

Tracking: Sent by email once your order ships.

International orders: We ship worldwide. Import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute or cancel made-to-order pieces once production begins. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address.
