Made-to-order items enter production after your order is placed. Production time and shipping transit time are separate.

Production + delivery: Production and transit times vary by item, fulfillment location and destination. Any timing estimates provided are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Destinations and rates: Available delivery destinations, shipping options and charges are shown at checkout for the items in your order and your delivery address. Delivery is not available to every destination.

Tracking: Sent by email once your order ships.

International orders: Import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute or cancel made-to-order pieces once production begins. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address.
