The fabric is 425gsm, 16S Compact Double Yarn cotton. Heavier than the Maison tee, intentionally. This is the flagship weight, built for layering under tailoring, denim, and outerwear. Pre-shrunk and reactive-dyed so the color holds across hundreds of washes.

The neck is doubled and tape-bound at the shoulders. The hem is finished clean with coverstitch. The inside-neck mark is the canonical HOUSE OF CARRI signature. If you ever see this tee on resale, that is the mark to look for.

Q: What's the difference between L'Atelier and Maison N° 06?
L'Atelier is the year-round flagship line, always in production. Maison N° 06 is a seasonal capsule with limited numbered runs that change every season. L'Atelier is built for repeat ordering. Maison is for collectors and one-time grabs.

Q: Is 425gsm too heavy for an everyday tee?
It's heavier than what most people are used to. That weight is what makes it work as a layering piece and what gives it the drape. If you want a lighter everyday tee, the Maison N° 06 Atelier Tee at 260gsm is a better fit.

Q: Will the off white yellow over time?
No. Reactive dye locks the color. Hundreds of washes later the off white reads the same. The piece may soften and develop a slight character at the elbows and collar, which is intended wear.
